Experience

I'm currently working as a substitute middle and high school teacher in the Eugene/Springfield Area. I am looking to supplement my substituting with tutoring work. I am qualified and experienced in a variety of subject areas and look forward to helping students find their strengths and overcome their weaknesses. I'm also an experienced musician, and teach private violin lessons from my home. I have played violin for 20 years, and studied privately through high school, and then studies music in my undergraduate degree.

Availability

Mon/Wed/Fri after 4PM, Tues/Thurs after 6PM, Weekends at any time

Can Meet

Up to 15 minutes away for no additional charge, Up to 30 minutes away at my regular hourly rate

Hobbies

I have been involved in community and other local theater groups for the last ten years or so. I enjoy acting, singing, dancing, technical work, make up and hair. I'm also very involved with the Society for Creative Anachronism. A non-profit, educational, medieval reenactment group. I enjoy reading, dancing, cooking, sewing and blogging.
